Einkorn 300 g

Einkorn is the oldest grain cultivated on the Balkans. It is considered that the gluten contained in it has a different structure from the wheat gluten and can therefore be used as part of a  gluten-free diet, following a consultation with a specialist. Serve it as a side dish, main dish or dessert.

We recommend soaking Einkorn for at least 6-8 hours before cooking it.
