Favourite breakfast of all! There is no person who would remain impartial in the aroma of pancakes. This rich flavours of whole grain option are ideal for a quick breakfast at home and in the office. For more sweetness serve the pancakes with sliced banana, berries, honey or maple syrup.
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup oats flakes Lagarone
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup fresh milk
- 1 tsp finely ground flaxseed Lagarone
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas, sliced into rings
- 20 g butter
- Mix well all the ingredients in a bowl. Finally, add the circles of bananas.
- Pour the mixture with a small ladle, so to set up mini pancakes with a diameter of about 10 cm, in preheated and oiled skillet.
- Cook on both sides until a nice golden colour.
- Serve pancakes with seasonal fresh fruit and yogurt.
