- 1 cup cut into cubes and frozen mango
- 2 banana
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 2 tsp chia Lagarone
- Put in a blender the frozen mango and banana, coconut milk and melted coconut oil. Use the knife for ice and blend to a fine texture.
- Stir the ingredients until smooth.
